Saigon Café Restaurant on Level 1 of the Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers will offer exceptional Father’s Day themed dining experience on June 17, 2018 for diners to honor and express the gratitude towards their dads on the Father’s Day occasion.
There will be a Sunday Brunch and a Father’s Day Dinner with a wide range of mouth-watering food from authentic Vietnamese cuisine to international presentations including Pan-Asian grills, premium seafood, Vietnamese rice and noodles, Indian curries and bread, and Japanese specialties.
Highlighted food will include beef filet mignon topped with hollandaise, braised lamb shank, oven roasted prime rib with Yorkshire puddings, grilled salmon with Korean chili sauce, honey glazed ham, baked marinated sturgeon fish, baked oysters with cheese, crispy soft shell crab and pan fried foie gras. Specially, there will be lobster, oyster, flower crab, scampi and prawn cooked to order on this special day.
A large selection of sweet temptations such as mango mousse, crème brulee, coffee panna cotta, pandan cheese cake, cream caramel, and peach almond tart among others will end up the Father’s Day.
The Happy Father’s Day brunch, available from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday June 17, is priced at VND1,588,000++ per person including frozen cocktails, juice, draught beer, soft drinks, coffee and tea.
The Happy Father’s Day dinner from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. is priced at VND1,400,000++ per person including special cocktails, draught beer, soft drinks, coffee and tea.
