VOV.VN - Football fans nationwide will have the plenty of choice when it comes to watching both professional and youth football competitions throughout June following the return of the sport as we move into a post-pandemic period.
This comes after late May marked the return of local football after an enforced two-month break as a result of efforts to tackle the novel coronavirus being made a priority for the nation. Indeed, the first two rounds of the National Cup 2020 received great encouragement from supporters with stadiums packed full of fans.
It is scheduled that June will see five rounds of fixtures in professional competitions played, including the resumption of the V.League 2020 season and the return of the V.League 2.
Moreover, the national U19 women’s football championship is poised to take place from June 1 to June 28.
Meanwhile, the second leg of qualifiers for the national U19 championship will get underway nationwide from June 1 to June 11, with the tournament’s final round set to be organized between June 19 and June 28.
The national futsal HD Bank championship is being jointly organised by the Voice of Vietnam (VOV), and the Vietnam Football Federation under the sponsorship of HDBank, with the first stage taking place in Nha Trang city in Khanh Hoa province from June 1 to July 5.
